Biography

Tian Zhongfeng, male, was born in Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province in April 1975.

He received his undergraduate degree in the Department of Philosophy of Jilin University in 1995 and served as a teacher in 2002, then he received a Ph.D. in 2008.
